Academy of European Law

The Academy of European Law is a non-profit public foundation that provides training in European law to legal practitioners.

ERA organises conferences and seminars around Europe and offers an online training programme which includes a broad range of courses and e-presentations.

Besides the seminars and conferences offered at its headquarters in Trier, Germany, ERA regularly organises events in Brussels.

In the course of its first 25 years, more than 125,000 European jurists have participated in more than 2,200 conferences and training events organised by ERA. They have built contacts across national and professional borders and contributed to shaping a veritable European community of legal practitioners.
