CSR allows you to manage your company and to interact with shareholders, while at the same time maintaining certain minimum ethical and social responsibility standards.
There are specific standards which must be complied with and which you can find in the Labour Code (KT).
To set up an inter-departmental working group for drafting a CSR strategy you should first contact the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy.
